The names of all board members are and should be public knowledge to all home owners and they have to approve and finalize the "MINUTES OF MEETINGS" for every session and it has and continues to fail to serve it's intended purpose, which is to give description of the topics & outcome of every vote taken on our behalf by the board of directors.
It is our right to know what they do and how they spend our money in the best interest of our neighborhood. It is our money and not the "board's money" as they falsely claim.

Our board of directors consist of people
1- A man who thinks he can decide what to use/spend our money for, regardless what our rules say.
2- Another person who is on so many subdivision boards and doesn't even live here himself and doesn't attend all meetings, but 1 out of 3 or 4 times to vote on things in his own favor.
3- Someone who can't decide if something is against our rules YES or NO all within 5 minutes.
